John Scheffer John Scheffer grew up in western Washington in a setting which lead him into a nominal Christianity. John received a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and accepted a position in Minden, NV. The Lord soon converted John, caused him to learn and love the doctrines of grace, and then led him to Grace Community Church.
