Verse 2 … 5x in the apostle Paul makes reference to the JUDGMENT OF GOD… In these 17 verses Paul tells us at least four things about God’s judgment… 1st – The judgment of God is according to TRUTH (v.2) – God’s judgment is based on the facts and realities of what we did in this life. And since God’s judgment is according to truth—it’s perfect and fair (v.11). 2nd – God’s judgment is INESCAPABLE (v.3) – Hebrews 9:27… Romans 14:10 3rd – God’s judgment will be according to OUR WORKS (v.6-10) – 2 Corinthians 5:9-10 4th – There is a DAY OF JUDGMENT – (v.5) “the day of wrath” … (v.16)… Revelation 20:11-15
